Cancellation/Rescheduling

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Any cancellations after that period will require to be paid for otherwise your future bookings will be refused.

If you leave the field early you will still be liable for the whole charge with no refund
